Sporting Good Time

My dad, during his physical therapy at the VA hospital,
trying to break loose his frozen left shoulder.
He's increased his range of motion pretty well,
but it's not looking so hot for the actual bones,
since there is no cartilage left. And, speaking of hot (LOL!) :

Not only is this physical activity, but he's also being a good sport -

yes, he's letting me take his picture with his shirt off for the world to see,
but he's also enduring all that pain with just a faint hope that it might help.
