Tavern and such

Business Hours
So, you'll notice the new layout... I'm still tweaking, but it already seems more friendly. I look smarter, too, because it's narrow, so it looks like I've said more than I have. I've added Google ad sense so I can start paying for my hosting (through Yahoo Small Business, btw), so please click on something up there. It's always interesting to see how they pick what terms will be used for the ads.

I've taken quite a few pictures in the past few days, but I don't know if any of them are good enough to post.

Ginger Rivers has the Tavern up for us this week - it's all about grace, so check it out!

My seeds are doing well so far - they have all emerged and are getting a bit of indirect sunlight to supplement the flourescent that I've been feeding them. Dad went and bought his trays today to get his seeds started.

Ah! I got my Cheerwine bench sign in yesterday, too - very cool - will post pics sooner or later. Now my Cheerwine inventory consists of two beach chairs, two camo backpacks with coolers, 4 shirts, a beach towel, a bench sign, a calculator, an apron, and a lot of soda. It pays to crave.

Work has been really hard the past few days, but I'm starting to like it a little. I have the volunteer tax work to do tomorrow, and then I start at the church again on Tuesday. Bobby starts work here tomorrow, so he's pretty excited. I've also got a web design project I'll be working on this week, too. Yay for lots of *compensated* work!

BarnI've gotten the stripe added to my knitting project - so watch out! I'll be wearing a really cool poncho pretty soon. ;-) Knitting club meeting is tomorrow night - remind me to find out if the Yarn store up the street has a club I can join... That's my brag of the week - when I had a choice, and extra money, I made sure to spend it supporting my local, independant yarn store, and not a big, fuzzy corporation. *pats self on back for such socially responsible decision-making*

Those of you who are my Mary Kay customers - you should be receiving my Look Book in the mail in the next day or two. They've got free samples inside, and I'm excited that the Mint Bliss Foot Spa is back, as are the sugar scrubs and the new spring colors. We've added a Lip Primer to the line as well, for those who enjoy the Eye Primer. Same idea - just for lips. ;-) If you would like to be a customer, just click the link up there and complete your profile!

I'm uploading more photos to flickr these days than I am to my website - so if you see any new pics up there in the top corner, then you know I've added some - so come see!

That's all - I've been trying to write this post for about 3 hours. Bobby's fixin' some chocolate chip cookies with ice cream - so I'm gonna go enjoy my sugar-enduced coma for a while, oh-be-kay-be? ;-D

lol ALL of my posts take hours (sometimes days!)

I should learn to knit.. or something. . . I'm just such a klutz, I start out trying to make a sweater and end up with a pair of boxer shorts or something. But I have to learn to make something now that I'm done making babies!

*hug* Thanks for linking to Nova's blog. He's kicking butt, he's such a strong one to be so tiny. I tell him every day what a celebrity he's becoming in the blogosphere. He'll be arrogant and insisting on designer diapies soon ;)
