Guilford County (Greensboro)
Title: Beginner Beekeeping Course
Begins: February 8, 2007 (for 6 weeks)
When: Thursdays 7:00-9:00 PM

Cost: $17 individual; $22 family. Includes book, handout, membership dues.

Forsyth County (Winston-Salem)
Title: Piedmont Beekeeping Short Course 2007
Begins: February 24, 2007 (for 6 weeks)
When: Saturdays 9:00-11:30 AM
Where: Forsyth County Agricultural Building,1450 Fairchild Road, Winston-Salem (directions)
Cost: 4-week Beginners $20; 2-week Advanced $10; additional $5 each level for non-members;textbook $15 (Backyard Beekeeper)
Sponsor: Forsyth County Beekeepers Association and Forsyth Cooperative Extension Service

My bees made all the difference last year. I had a huge crop, especially of cucumbers, thanks to my girls. It's nature's work at its finest.
