Had baby, no travel!

No photos yet, as they are in the room of the sleeping one in the next bedroom over. So far I haven't been to sleep. Logan first made his intentions known at 10:30 last night, and after laboring for a few hours on the toilet, I finally felt the urge to push at about 2 AM. Not that I would know, mind you, because the clock was the last thing I was worried about. I think I had the biggest ever birthing party known to man - Sara, Bobby, me, Logan, Mom, Mom and Dad, Betty, Molly, Emily, Ann, Gail, Karen, and Lanie all showed up to watch the big moment. And at 4:19 this morning, they were not disappointed. On my hands and knees (with the carpet burn to prove it) Logan made his appearance into this family. We had a bit of worry about his cord being short, and the placenta being late, but other than that it was a smooth delivery. I went to the hospital for some sutures, and Logan and his Daddy are snuggled soundly in the bed together, with the ever-vigilant dog at their feet.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a 8 lb 4 oz baby boy to feed, who has done nothing but coo and look around all morning, showing off his full head of brown hair, his big wee-wee, and the cutest outfit his Gram got him. I'll be happy to post photos when everyone is rested and alert, which may not be until next week. :-)
