Captivated by Mandie.com is always design in application. I will attest that I am not a designer for big business. My services are specifically molded for small business, with an emphasis on home-based and local endeavors. My sites are fairly simple and straightforward. I prefer to work one-on-one with my clients, to design exactly what will work for your business, with maximum added value for the bottom line.

As I mentioned above, I deal with each client on an individual basis. I fully understand that every business has different needs and wants, and will need a different kind of attention based on your niche. The majority of my fees are based on the intensity of the work; yet -

I have two fees that are standard:

Initial Set-up and Design: $100 - non-refundable
On-site photography (1 full day): $75 for businesses within 100 miles, $100 for 100-150 miles, also non-refundable

My favorite place for domain name registration is Yahoo! Small Business. My clients buy their name and space directly through Yahoo! to ensure privacy and ease the financial burden. They have a superb small business plan that provides all the tools that your business will need to maintain your web presence for a very affordable price. Other hosting providers occasionally have better prices, but the quality is lacking. I'm positive you'll love Yahoo, as much as I do.

Once we decide that a website is definitely in your marketing plan, I will draw up an initial invoice that gives a good indication of what my fees will be, based on our initial consultation. Once the plans are finalized, I draw up the final contract that we both will sign that lists the services provided and your final price. At the signing, I request that half of the fees be paid as deposit, with the rest due upon completion of the contract terms.

Our relationship does not end when the design is done. I work with clients year-round, ensuring your website is up-to-date and continually meets your marketing goals. I am always available as your webmaster to answer any questions you or your customers may have about your site.
